- About Me:
- Having dedicated himself to the exploration of acoustic guitar technique, Maneli Jamal is a solo acoustic instrumental guitarist that creates eclectic, adventurous and moving songs that capture the imagination of his audiences. He competed in the Canadian Fingerstyle Guitar Championship this past summer, and performed for audiences around Ontario and in Montreal. On multiple occasions he has opened for Canadian singer Justin Nozuka, and was the opening act for shows that included performances by Rik Emmett, David Wilcox, Jack de Keyzer, and Wild T. and The Spirit.
Maneli is preparing to record his first full-length album, entitled "The Ziur Movement", expected to be released in Summer 2008.
