Well, lots of suggestions...

I did it by listening to T-Bone, SRV, the Allmans. Honestly, I'd ignore the triplet feel & concentrated on the 4/4 pulse underneath. Once you've got that, then concentrated on the 2 & 4 only, make those the "heavy" pulses & your whole feel will start to swing harder.

Any suggestions for learning how to to play the shuffle blues rythym with the eighth note triplets pattern? I stopped trying a while back cuz it was fustrating and wasn't making any progress. I think I might like to come back to it though and try again. Anybody got any tips?
